The Beaverton-based manufacturer pays tribute to the 2002 Air Max 1 Atmos Safari, the first collaboration between and the Japanese shop ofHirofumi Kojima, responsible for the collaborations.
The Nike Air Max 1 Safari Cobblestone features a mixed suede and dark beige leather base. A textured safari print covers the mudguard and collar. Yellow laces sit on the tongue and are carefully matched to the heel. A mini-swoosh in the same colour can be seen on the toe of the shoe. The panels feature a light blue swoosh that enhances the look. A lime beige sole with a distressed effect completes the Tinker Hatfield design.
